“WHEN HELPING (CLIENTS) MAKE IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DECISIONS, I ALWAYS CONSIDER WHETHER OR NOT I WOULD MAKE THE SAME RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MY OWN MOM OR DAD.”

Chad Simon

Senior Partner with Simon & Simon Financial, Chad Simon is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Simon & Simon Wealth Management. As an IAR, Chad offers his client’s investment advice focused on his client’s best interests. Chad also assists clients with Medicare and Social Security. He graduated from Fontainebleau High School in Mandeville, Louisiana, before going on to attend Louisiana State University. After college, Chad joined Simon & Simon and has been with the firm over 12 years. Although he strongly considered pursuing the medical field post-college, Chad was inspired to establish himself as an authority in Medicare, Social Security and retirement planning after carefully analyzing the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Realizing a career in the medical field may not be as rewarding as he anticipated, Chad joined the family firm and has since dedicated his time and energy to creating a comprehensive approach to retirement planning.

Chad is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table and has earned numerous production awards. As a firm, they are members of the St. Tammany Parish Chamber of Commerce and the Covington Small Business Association. Over the past decade, Chad has spearheaded the hosting of hundreds of retirement workshops and events for Simon & Simon Financial.

Due to working with his father/partner, Gerald Simon, Chad has had the opportunity to work across multiple generations, which he believes gives him a unique perspective when creating financial plans for clients. Together, they have made it their mission to educate clients about their options, help them implement the best course of action to achieve their financial goals, and ultimately guide them throughout the duration of their retirement.

By nature, Chad is a problem-solver, and he has a passion for finding creative ways to resolve complicated financial issues for his clients.

“I am very emotionally invested in my clients’ success. We are a family firm and our clients are a part of that family. When helping them make important financial decisions, I always consider whether or not I would make the same recommendations for my own Mom or Dad.”
