Founder and Senior Partner of Simon & Simon Financial, is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), fiduciary and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Gerald graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern State University with a B.S. in accounting and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi’s national Honor Society. After completing his degree, he accepted a position as an auditor with Deloitte and Touché, an international Certified Public Accounting firm.
Gerald’s unparalleled 55+ years in the financial services industry gives him a unique perspective in the ever-changing world of investment planning. He is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, the second-oldest association for financial professionals in the world. Over the years, Gerald has served as a guest speaker for the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, The Covington Bar Association, The Slidell Bar Association, and The Southern Medical Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Charity Hospital School of Nursing and motivational speaker for the Million Dollar Round Table, where he was one of the group’s youngest members ever in 1966. Additionally, Gerald has served on the Presidential Advisory Councils for Security Life of Denver and Lowry Financial Services Corporation of Florida.
